It is a well known fact that bullies have an inherent ability to find powerless people to victimize. They rarely start up with other bullies or someone that would pose a challenge to them. That fact is on an individual level. The question arises, how does someone bully the masses? How does an Adolf Hitler, a Mussolini, or a Saddam Hussein hypnotize an entire nation to do his will? Surely there are other strong willed people in the crowd. How do they prevent those that stand up against them?
The simple answer is that they use us against ourselves. They use the fear of the populous to protect them from those that question their actions. They intimidate the weak to not listen to reason. The fear of the masses keeps them in power.

Let us leave Hitler and Hussein alone for now. Fast forward to today in our part of the world. For thirty years we have allowed a man like Bob Singer to be the gatekeeper of any good that is supposed to come to our Counties. We will never know what could have been achieved had we not had a man whose single purpose is to stay in power for his own benefit and for the benefit of his friends.
If that is not bad enough, we now have a second generation of Singer wannabes. Steven Langert Shuie Shmukler and Chesky Seitler are all examples of people that have seen what was happening, and were impressed enough to try to emulate our Senator. Instead of saying that we should rid ourselves of a leader that is abusing us for his own be benefit, they became his sidekicks. They are the new generation of little bullies.
But only if we let them.
In reality, we have the power to rid ourselves of these abusive politicians. So why haven't we?
Perhaps it is the fear of failure. As long as we allow these bullies to stay in office, we have someone to blame. If we get rid of them and we fail, we will have nobody to blame but ourselves. This way of thinking is what keeps these people in their positions.
We are at a point now where all the abuses that our leaders have subjected us to are making our lives unlivable. The time has come to say goodbye to these supposed representatives and take charge of our own destiny. Let's send the bullies packing.
