A township man was charged Thursday with multiple child-pornography counts, Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato announced Saturday.
Carlos Vindel-Osegura was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and four counts of possession and distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of a forged document.

His bail at Ocean County Jail was set at $225,000 and he is to have no contact with children, no Internet access and his passport will remain in the possession of the Prosecutor’s Office.
