Police and fire departments are investigating a report of an unknown man walking on top of the washed away Jet Star roller coaster in Seaside Heights. The roller coaster is still sitting in the ocean since hurricane Sandy. Perhaps he is protesting the billions of dollars being withheld by congress in relief funds.
