National Dine Out Day was on June 19, 2013, and Governor Christie was out promoting the Jersey Shore with First Lady Mary Pat.
This special day was set up as a way for the country to come together on one day for Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts. Restaurant Partners donated a percentage of their sales to the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund in an effort to continue to rebuild NJ communities that were impacted by the storm.
Many restaurants, both national and local, from many different states have come together on this day to make donations to rebuild NJ.
