When the good people of a community do all they can to support an organization that is supposed to promote truth and justice sees that they stand for the opposite, what can we do? The owners of Solomon Suites need our support. They have been pillars of the Lakewood community for years and are being stepped on by people that are more powerful, and hide behind a veil of piety. We ask that anyone that believes that we are a nation of honest, upright people, not support such deplorable acts. This is not the first time that this has happened in our town, and we cannot allow this to continue.

Sorry I fail to realize the problem. There was a sheriff sale s/o bought it and sold it. What the issue? Until I hear otherwise dina demalchusa dina and its ok.

Harold, I get the impression from you, that a disproportionate amount of people of your faith are corrupt. Is that indeed the case?

There was a hazmonah sent to the morgage holderr prior to the forclosure, he refused to come to bais din. After the foreclosure, there was an "ikul" bais din not to purchase, rent, etc untill the mortgagee comes to Bais din.

Everyone held back from dealing. BMG decided "hey, no competition-We'll buy it cheap" the hell with ikul, shmikel. We are the invincible BMG, the world owes us everything. We are the dictators. Now buchorim moved in violation of the ikul bais din.

I believe the true owners of the property are Israeli's that gave them the land. Not sure who owned it on paper.

Hey Moishe your story doesn't make sense. The seller to BMG is oblivious to the market and would sell it for bubkis to BMG? Im sure the seller is a shrewd dealer. Theres more to this and what your saying isn't holding up.

BMG is of the opinion that everyone in Lakewood is considered "bubkis" and they can and will use or abuse them for their own benefit.

BMG cares about an ikul?, BMG wouldn't submit to any bais din, they are above the law, religion, torah, etc. The torah is a BMG kardum lachfor boh.

The powerful hurting the powerless is called "mi'aness" or rape in plain hebrew.

Sorry but your are obviously swayed against BMG (Like HH). I am not their biggest fan but you have not said what they did was wrong. I never heard of s/o headed to a sheriff sale stop and go to din torah! a sheriff sale is not a din torah it is the way the system of dina demalchusa dina works and if you dont pay your mortgage it goes to a sheriff sale and the lien holder gets it back or it goes to highest bidder. Since it was purchased at the sheriff sale the owner can do as he sees fit. If Solomon would have stuck to the agreement this would not have happened....

What they did wrong is as follows, Salmon went to Malkiel and asked him not to buy the property because he is getting the money together and there is an IKEL, Malkiel told him he will look into it and get back to him. A few days later Salmon came to him again and Malkiel told him Sorry there is nothing i can do, the guy had a stroke all because of the Kutler mafia.

Mi kimcha yisroel?, BMG doesn't subscribe to that, nor are they part of amcha. Just see how they trample on the Torah, on their talmidim, on their own families.

Again your answer doesn't make sense..... Salmon went R Malkiel.....
Salamon had more than enough time to put the money together. I feel very bad for him. But Salmon obviously had an agreement w his creditor and the courts upheld it and it went to a sheriff sale. All you BMG haters have to try to keep yourself parve and deal with what makes sense. You all have not said anything that BMG did was wrong.... All a bunch of hack against BMG!!
Good chance most of you don't even know the process that occurred.

I am not a BMG lover but I fail to see anything wrong here.

Again it went to a sheriff sale and the buyer resold it to BMG.... Salmon had enough time to come up with the money prior to the sheriff sale.....Stop blaming BMG for this.....

The issue against BMG is that there is a psak from a bais din, and being that BMG holds its self for a mokem torah etc.... they should show some respect for Bais Din. I don't think anyone is saying they did something wrong LEGALLY, but if you hold yourself to such high standards of Torah then there i where this comes into play.

I would love to see what would happen would the buyer be someone not affiliated with BMG and the loser would be a closely connected to BMG, if i have to guess i would say that BMG would have been screaming to respect the Bais Din Psak.

a bais din that has a premeditated agenda is not a bais din. i went to bais din with a public figure and was told not to bother, before they heard any arguments, that i would loose and i did loose.because of insuffient evidence i was told. there was plenty of evidence, they didn't bother to look or hear.i will never go again, they could put a siruv on me i don't care.in court i would surely win.
