While visiting a doctor's office the other day, I found myself sitting in a room filled with a group of senior citizens. I was minding my own business catching up on emails when a conversation I could overhear piqued my interest. "I just vote for my neighbor." A woman that was knitting her sweater said to her friend. " how do you do that?" " I vote in the morning, do my shopping and on the way home I go back again and vote under another name. My neighbor never votes. She knows I vote for her so it's ok. A lot of people do it."
I wanted to ask who they planned on voting for in the upcoming primary, but I kind of knew the answer.
I thought it was pretty ironic that there are people willing to break the law to elect politicians that in turn will do the same.
